Breadcrumbs are extremely handy in the kitchen and perfect for breading fried meats, binding meatballs and meatloaf recipes and of course holiday stuffing recipes! These low carb breadcrumbs are perfect anywhere you’d use regular breadcrumbs with a fraction of the carbs.

Prep Time: 5 MINUTES (PLUS 4 HOURS DRYING BREAD)
8 slices keto white bread
1. Take 8 slices of keto white bread and place onto a baking tray, place into the oven on its lowest heat setting and bake for a few hours until fully dried out and crispy. A dehydrator machine is also great for drying out slices of bread.
2. Crumble the dry slices of bread into a food processor and blitz until you have fine breadcrumbs.
