QUICK AND EASY CHOCOLATE SAUCE
This smooth chocolate sauce is a snap to throw together and a perfect garnish for a bowl of ice cream or a crèpe. Keep some on hand to use in dessert recipes.

¼ cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy/double cream
½ cup (95 g) Sola sweetener
¼ stick (30 g) unsalted butter
1 pinch sea salt
1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
2. Reduce the heat to a rolling simmer and continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce is smooth and glossy and has thickened up.
