QUICK & EASY LOW-CARB CHOCOLATE SAUCE
This silky chocolate sauce takes less than 15 minutes to throw together and transforms a scoop of ice cream or a plain crèpe into a wonderful dessert.

¼ cup (30 g) good-quality unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
1 ½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream
½ cup (95 g) Sola sweetener
¼ stick (30 g) unsalted butter
1 pinch sea salt
1. Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
2. Reduce the heat to a rolling simmer and continue to cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce is smooth, glossy and thickened. Serve as desired.
