Green Breakfast Smoothie
There is no quicker or more convenient breakfast than a smoothie! This green one is packed full of vitamins and nutrients but also tastes fantastic. Fresh raspberries, a touch of Sola, and a kick of ginger give this smoothie a sweet and fruity flavor profile.

Prep Time: 5 MINUTES
2 large kale leaves
1 small handful fresh cilantro
1 1-inch chunk of fresh ginger, peeled
½ cup (70 g) fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons Sola sweetener
1 handful fresh spinach
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons heavy/double cream
1 cup ice
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high-power until smooth and creamy!
2. Pour into a glass or a travel mug and enjoy.
