KETO ESPRESSO MARTINI
If you’re looking for a pick-me-up post-dinner, or in fact any time of the day, the Espresso Martini is here to jolt you awake with its boozy magical powers. The cold coffee-flavored cocktail mixes vodka with espresso coffee, sugar free simple syrup. Garnish with grated dark chocolate, and it’s picture perfect.
Makes: 1 serving
Prep Time: 5 minutes
2 ounces (55 ml) freshly brewed espresso, cooled
3 ounces (85 ml) good-quality vodka (brandy would also work)
2 ounces (55 ml) Sola-sweetened simple syrup (CLICK HERE FOR RECIPE)
1 teaspoon unsweetened chocolate, grated
Twist of orange peel (to garnish)
1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and top with a handful of ice cubes.
2. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the mixture is creamy and frothy.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with freshly grated dark chocolate or a few coffee beans.
