Fresh orange mimosa
This is a classic brunch cocktail perfect for special occasions or for celebrating the weekend, in my household it’s always been customary to drink mimosas on Christmas morning.

Prep time: 2 minutes
2 ounces fresh orange juice
Champagne or sparkling wine to top
1. Pour the orange juice into a chilled champagne glass.
2. Pour a small amount of champagne into the bottom of the glass and stir well. It will fizz up and bubble violently with the first bit of champagne
3. Carefully top up the rest of the glass with champagne and give it a very gentle stir being careful not to let it fizz up again.
4. Serve immediately.
Place your champagne glasses in the freezer for half an hour before serving for perfect frosty mimosas
Try using different fruit juices to make your own cocktail, passion fruit, mango and pomegranate juice work really well!
