Pimm’s is a very classic British summer cocktail, it’s made with a liqueur called Pimm’s no.1 cup, which is a gin based liqueur flavored with citrus peel and spices, it’s around 20% alcohol by volume so it makes a light mixed drink. The classic way of serving Pimm’s is over ice with plenty of chopped fruit, cucumber and fresh mint, then topping with English style lemonade (similar to sprite), it’s a very refreshing drink and I’d definitely recommend it for parties, barbecues and picnics.
