Apple and Pomegranate mimosa
A delicious fragrant champagne cocktail, a great alternative to the classic mimosa, perfect for brunches during the fall with the apple and pomegranate flavors.

Prep time: 5 minutes
1 ounce (25 ml) Fresh pomegranate juice
1 ounce apple flavored liqueur
Champagne or sparkling wine to top
1 teaspoon fresh pomegranate seeds to garnish
1. Pour the apple sours and pomegranate juice into a chilled champagne glass.
2. mix well
3. Pour a small amount of champagne into the bottom of the glass and stir well. It will fizz up and bubble violently with the first bit of champagne
4. Carefully top up the rest of the glass with champagne and give it a very gentle stir being careful not to let it fizz up again.
5. Sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
Garnish the glass with a slice of fresh apple dusted with cinnamon for a special touch
Replace the apple sours with cherry sours for a cherry and pomegranate mimosa
